Island Fibers is the collaboration of Debbie Hayward and Maxine Bronstein. For 25 years we have been featuring the wool of Lopez Island sheep in our handwoven and hand knit garments, rugs, blankets, and accessories, as well as our own line of natural color and dyed yarns. We savor each step of the slow and labor-intensive process “from sheep to shawl,” and offer one-of-a-kind items that are made to give comfort and pleasure for many generations.
