Linda Ann Vorobik, PhD, is a research affiliate at the University and Jepson Herbaria, UC, Berkeley, and at the Herbarium, Burke Museum, UW, Seattle, and has lived on Lopez Island since 1993. She is the principal illustrator for but not limited to The Jepson Manual series of California floras (Hickman & Baldwin, et al, Editors), and the California Channel Islands floras by Junak and Guilliams, et al, out of the Santa Barbara Botanic Garden. As well as creating  botanical illustrations, Linda sells her watercolors as originals, prints, logos, and cards, along with hand-painted silk scarves and wall hangings.
